Scope of Services
The system must be online & web based The system should be able to link organization employees performance agreement initiatives and KPIs to the strategic plan objectives The system should allow for different levels of organization structures such as business unit, departments, divisions, etc. The system should allow employees to be added to the organization structures (business units, departments, etc.) The system should allow for strategic objectives to be grouped into themes The system should allow for multiple KPIs per an objective. KPIs should have baseline and targets The system should allow the strategic plan to be rolled out to employees at all level The system should have capabilities for compilation of employees performance agreements including online acceptance thereof The system should allow for employees performance reviews quarterly or bi-annually The system should have functionality that allow for the establishment of a performance rating scale The system must have dashboard and reporting capabilities The system should be able to be customized and have new features added

Supplementary information: Technical Proposal
A complete Curriculum Vitae (CV), certified qualifications and other documentation in support of the CV;
Proof of technical knowledge or qualifications or experience of staff that will carry out the work as specified in the deliverables; and
A profile of the company/consultancy firm/ consortium;
Proof of registration with Business & Intellectual Property Authority of Namibia (BIPA);
Affirmative Action Compliance Certificate or confirmation of Non-relevant Employer;
Good standing certificates (Ministry of Finance and Social Security Commission).
