Who are we designing for? That is the question you should ask yourself prior to releasing a new service or improving an already existing one.
Your customers are the ones for whom you shape out your service strategy.
If the product doesn’t help to heal their pains or correspond with their goals and motivations, then why would they need it?
The best way to understand your audience is to group them according to the research data into Personas which represent real breathing people who will interact with the service.
