Syndicate members:
Gain access to a curated selection of investment opportunities;
Bolster allocation impact for the benefit of the companies and the ZEP Fund;
Help evaluate deals by joining a rotating advisory group of five syndicate members with proven track record of successful investments, chosen on an annual basis to help evaluate deals and make recommendations to the ZEP Fund investment committee;
Contribute their experience and help drive value to the portfolio and the Zell alumni venture ecosystem by directly mentoring and guiding the next generation of entrepreneurs.
The terms of the syndicate investment would be bearing the pro rata costs of the SPV fees and a 10% carry to the ZEP Fund.
