A blog, or weblog, is an informational website that functions like an online diary, displaying entries in reverse chronological order. Podcasting is the process of creating digital recordings, either audio or video, that are made available for downloading and consumption via the Internet. The term “podcast” itself is a blend of two words: “iPod,” referring to the popular portable media player, and “broadcast,” which means to transmit widely.
