Table
: An arrangement of text in the form of columns and rows.
Column
: A vertical arrangement of cells in a table.
Row
: A horizontal arrangement of cells in a table.
Cell
: The intersection of a row and a column in a table.
Merging Cells
: Combining two or more cells in the same row or column into a single cell.
Splitting Cells
: Dividing one cell into two or more cells.
Moving a Table
: Changing the position of the table from one place to another.
Resizing a Table
: Increasing or decreasing the size of the table.
Borders and Shading
: Features that enhance the visual look and feel of a table.
Table Styles
: A feature to quickly apply a predefined style to the entire table.
Table Move Handle
: An icon that appears in the top-left corner of a table, used to move the table.
Table Resize Handle
: An icon that appears at the bottom-right corner of a table, used to change its size.
AutoFit Contents
: A command that automatically adjusts the column width to fit the content within the table.
