Disease:
Any disorder or discomfort in the body
Phlegm:
Sticky substance secreted by the lining of nose
Antigen:
Any substance which causes to produce antibodies
Antibody:
A type of protein made by the body to kill antigens or pathogens
Allergy:
Hypersensitive reaction of the body to some foreign substance
Immunity:
The power of body to fight against diseases and infections
Vaccine:
A preparation containing weakened or dead germs of a particular disease so as to develop immunity against that disease
Vaccination:
Giving vaccine for developing the power of body to fight a disease
Immunisation:
Vaccination at community level (large scale vaccination)
Congenital disease:
A disease or abnormality present in an individual by birth
Landfill:
An area where garbage collected from a city or town is dumped
Leaching:
The seepage of dissolved substances from the decomposing garbage into soil (the dissolved substances are called leachate)
Composting:
The process of converting compostable or wet waste into manure by microorganisms
