In the Preview Results group, you can use the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ to see a preview of each letter.
The _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ feature in Word is used to create personalised letters to be sent to many people.
When choosing to print merged documents, you can select options like All, Current record, or _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _.
To create a new list of recipients, you select the _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ option.
The _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ command is used to complete the mail merge process, allowing printing or editing the final documents.
