IV. Explanations of Terms

E-wallet: An e-wallet, or electronic wallet, is a digital wallet used to make payments online. Users typically add money from their bank accounts to the e-wallet before using it for purchases.
Blogging: Blogging is the process of writing and maintaining a blog, which is an informational website displaying entries (posts) in reverse chronological order, often focused on a particular subject or serving as an online diary.

V. Short Answer Questions

The primary difference is that “File upload” is used to upload a single file from your computer, whereas “Folder upload” allows you to upload an entire folder containing multiple files and sub-folders at once to Google Drive.
Two advantages of e-commerce for a customer are that it allows them to choose a product from a broad range of options and it can save both money and time.
Two popular websites that allow you to create blogs are Blogger and WordPress.
It is important to ensure your blog posts do not hurt the feelings or reputation of others because blogging involves sharing content publicly, and disrespectful or harmful content can cause distress, damage relationships, and lead to negative consequences.

VI. Identifying and or Differentiate Concepts/Processes

Debit Card: When you use a debit card, the payment amount is directly debited (taken) from your linked bank account, so you must have a sufficient balance for the transaction to go through. Credit Card: With a credit card, you are provided with a credit limit by the bank, allowing you to purchase products up to that limit even if you don’t have the funds immediately available in your bank account, essentially borrowing money that you repay later.

VII. Diagram-Based Question

The Google Drive service is being used in this image.
The notification “1 upload complete” indicates that a file named “Document1.docx” has just been successfully transferred from the user’s computer and saved onto their Google Drive.
“My Drive” represents the main storage area or the primary section within your Google Drive account where all your personal files and folders are organized and kept.

VIII. Long Answer Questions

Google Drive’s sharing features would greatly help. I would create the presentation in Google Slides, then use the “Share” option to invite all my classmates by entering their email addresses. I would set their permission to “Editor,” allowing everyone to simultaneously view, edit, and contribute to the same presentation document. This means we can all work on it together in real-time or at our own pace, and all changes are automatically saved, ensuring we always have the latest version.
Two disadvantages of online shopping a consumer might face are the lack of quality assurance and the high possibility of online fraud. Since you cannot physically inspect products online, you might receive items that don’t meet your expectations in quality. Additionally, engaging in online transactions carries a risk of encountering fake websites or insecure payment gateways, potentially leading to financial loss or identity theft.

IX. Everyday Use

I would recommend that my friend use a blogging service like Blogger or WordPress. This is because blogging platforms are specifically designed for creating online journals (blogs), allowing users to easily write and publish articles, share photos, and organize their content in a reverse chronological order, making it perfect for documenting daily adventures.

X. Observation-Based Question

There is no “Save” button visible in Google Drive (e.g., in Google Docs) because the platform uses an auto-save feature. As you work on a document, all changes are continuously and automatically saved to Google Drive in real-time, eliminating the need for manual saving.
Want to print your doc?
This is not the way.
Try clicking the ⋯ next to your doc name or using a keyboard shortcut (
CtrlP
) instead.
