You would use the “Bcc” field when you want to send a copy of the e-mail to someone without other recipients seeing their e-mail address.

Entering a mobile number or recovery e-mail address is significant because it provides a method to regain access to your account by resetting your password if you forget it.

Two common e-mail service providers are Gmail and Yahoo.

It is crucial to log out to prevent unauthorized access to your private e-mails and to stop others from sending unwanted messages from your account.

Unread e-mails in your Inbox typically appear in bold text to make them easily distinguishable from messages that have already been opened.

The “@” symbol in an e-mail address serves to separate the user’s unique username from the domain name of the e-mail service provider.

Documents and multimedia files (like pictures and videos) are two types of files that can be attached to an e-mail.
