Update: Email Drip 1 sent to all NY, SC and FL leads added to the CRM
All lead records from NY, FL and SC were reviewed and SC were qualified
One lead responded with interest: South Bronx Charter, working to schedule connect call.
I have sent available times Wednesday with Mixmax and followed up when I didn’t hear back on Friday.
2nd follow-up to occur this week along with Email drip 2 where necessary

Action 1: Create a list of individuals and schools to meet with during time in LA for lead generation
Reach out to a few of my LA friends to see up and coming charters and expansions that may be on the horizon.
Identify strong candidates to cold out reach prior to conference so that we can schedule some introduction time at conference
Review budget sent by Adam for this year’s 2022 conference expenses and fill in data summary snapshot that I started for 2022 conferences.

Question 1: For Conference calendar- do you want me to only send and share conferences that have been planned and scheduled for 2023. If date not available- would you like there to be a place holder for the week it likely would be based on this year’s dates?
Question 2: For our “BizDev Conference Strategy Doc” am I still tasked with that? Wasn’t sure next steps after the discussion/emails from Sherilyn.
Question 3: The week of Thanksgiving I was planning to work from Richmond and try to come to DC for a day or two. Would you like me to come the Sunday before and stay through Monday or Come Monday and Tuesday? What are your DC plans- I’d love to coordinate with you and make use of being so close to DC. What are your thoughts on this?
Question 4: Are you thinking the 90 day review will be this week, should block off time to complete the 90 day review document or are you thinking of pushing to next week sometime?
Question 5: Not a priority- but I sent a document with some Old Navy items- thoughts on any of them. Are you thinking that the three of us would need to get the same items? My fave was the button down at the beginning (cute and could be worn with a skirt!) or even the end dress. I’d love to get something with our logo before LA conference but no big deal if too rushed :)
Question 5: Sciotoville Community Schools- tasks set to follow up with Sherilyn about meetings scheduled with school. As per Dru’s request the school was introduced to Rich by Sherilyn since OH not a priority market. Should I make Rich the lead owner for this lead record and make note of the introduction?
Lessons Learned
Mixmax is great- I love that I can see how often someone opens my email. Especially with lead outreach. There are a few who have opened them 3 times which makes me think that a second or third email drip will really hook them instead of thinking I only got 1 response from all lead outreach.
