This week will be successful if:

Goal 1: Complete Email Drip 3 for lead follow up (SC, FL, NY leads)
Goal 2: Prospecting for 10 leads from priority states + Initial cold outreach to Prospecting leads from last week
Goal 3: Prepare for my 90 day review by completing and submitting review document to Allison by EOD 11/18

Key Updates from Last Week

Lead Follow up
Update: Email drip 2 was sent for all cold and conference leads from NY, SC and FL
No responses from any leads or cold outreach to Persistence Prep
Basis lead (Roberto Ramirez) is interested in connecting and I will follow up for a second time to get a meeting scheduled including Allison for post Thanksgiving
He has been delayed in response and will likely get back to me this week
When we spoke in TX- he was most interested in Development deal
Prospecting
Update: Initial start for prospecting started last week
7 prospects added and will be qualified Monday and contacted
They all seem like truly viable prospects
5 of them are LA prospects that I want to reach out to specifically to connect with for LA conference
I will continue research into NY and NJ this coming week
LA outreach started with Dr. Angela Beck (documented in CRM)
She is interested in connecting us to a school about a possible acquisition but needs to speak to her client first
She will keep us in mind for up and coming charters in LA
Document above started and shared with Allison for team meeting on Tuesday
Once critiques made I will continue to complete if it is what you are envisioning for the document
CRM Onboarding Training
Outreach was made to Joe and Rich for CRM training
Secondary follow up sent as well- both emails went unanswered
Coordinated with marketing (Ellie) for day and time for CRM onboarding
Created document with Marketing and ambassadors list + managers and titles
Reached out to managers to confirm direct reports/titles
Email drip content started to share with staff and managers for reference

Are we approved to order Old Navy Items? Should I order soon so that they can be possibly completed before I go to LA conference?
Hotel booking approval- see above for details on your opinion + approval of hotels above $150
What time will you be arriving and leaving DC next week? I will be booking a train from Richmond and would like to coordinate with your arrival?
Can you add me as an admin for Zoho Desk, Analytics, and Surveys? A number of questions I got wrong in the Admin exam wanted in detail comparisons or info from the settings of those apps and without admin privilege's I struggled to figure it out. Example: Which of the following data sources can you set up a recurring sync to Zoho Analytics without any custom development (Google spreadsheet, Zoho books, sales force, etc.) I couldn’t actually go into settings to attempt the sync to see if they can occur recurring and had to pause video to try to figure out if it was a one time sync or recurring and struggled to figure it out. Before I retake the test- I think I’ll need the admin privileges’ for the programs to determine answers for the select all that apply for specifically Desk, analytics, and survey.
For Knowledge Builder Updates: I want to be sure that I don’t miss any updates that occurred while I was out. I understand that there are layout changes and field additions to the Accounts module to include: Need more diligence with additional diligence area, clients have additional fields, tags are included for Services and finance deals. From what I can tell deals are still pipeline only for BHRE correct? I know there were a lot of remodels while I was out and I want to be sure that I don’t miss a change- I will look at layout rules and actual modules but is it something we should discuss or would you prefer for me to make changes to knowledge builder or create a doc with outlined changes before making changes to knowledge builder? What do you think would be best practice for this so that I don’t miss anything?
Mixmax Calendar: Are you the person that gets the Zoom pre-approval request for the integration or is it Curtis? I requested pre-approval last week and this week but still can’t integrate the two for when I send the calendar out.

Lessons Learned

Completed first try of admin exam- missed passing by two questions but could review questions I missed.
All CRM questions were a breeze!! Complications came with some of the other platforms that we don’t use as frequently such as analytics, surveys and desk.
