Site visits

East Link: Lead marked as lost.

Not interested in our services: More of a good deed to build relationships in SC

Jerry gave them suggestions on a building they are purchasing

MVP: Viable lead to open in 2025, incubate in Star center (GASC location) for 2024

GASC: Site visit left more questions open ended

Further discussed GASC and project feasibility

If project is where Ilya states (SDOT + OSF site visit) possible to be in facility by August

All of this is if Jack finds no issues with site visit

MVP: deemed them a “high quality and expected to be high performing operator”

Discussed growth in SC and possible leads from conference

OSF & BH Call

If Ilya + Taylor have all ducks in a row, visit could be smooth and follow our outlined timeline

Jerry will provide Taylor with everything he needs- process seems similar to NY and if prepared schools can follow process easily

School will provide documentation needed

We will create a document outlining timeline and expectations for the project to present to the board

Will need to identify 2 BH staff to go to board meeting April 12
