This week will be successful if:

Goal 1: Connect with E3 and Schedule Rochester visit
Goal 2: Complete Initial connect calls with Basis & Sisu Enviornmental School
Goal 3: Ensure that all prospected leads have had initial 3 drip outreach

Key Updates from Last Week

Lead Management
Update: Any leads that were qualified prior to the holidays secondary email was sent out along with LA conference leads
One response so far from LNFO who will be talking with board to see what they need to assist with facility
Lead connect calls
Idaho Science and Technology Charter School- Blackfoot, ID
Initial outreach call happened last week, school sent additional data for dilligence
Follow-up email to occur this week
Sisu Environmental School- contacted school and set up an initial introduction this week, Thursday 1/19/23
Prospecting
Outreach to E3 done, I shared the Feb.2-3 dates.
No response from Brian after initial email at beginning of week and follow-up at end of the week
I can try to call this week to touch base with him or should I send another follow-up this week to see if he wants to push to after he returns from his Europe vacation
Connected with PCE after approval of Bronze sponsorship level
Scott will be setting up a school visit on Friday morning
We need to identify who is attending with their organizations full name (4 spots) by Tuesday, January 17 (today)
CRM Onboarding
Onboarding with Leda completed on 1/10/23
We went through Zoho One, CRM and Knowledge Builder
She was excited for available data
She needs an account made and I want to walk through once with you
I can create an account and set up a training time with Tim once we’ve done one together.

Should I call or do you think I should email and ask for dates after Brian returns? March seems too late

Send an Email Drip 3 to any initial outreach emails from last week
Includes both cold outreach prospects and webform outreach
Not sure but timeline in the application shows that it was due Nov. 11, 2022 but top says that it is due Nov. 25, 2023
I can reach out to see if they are still receiving proposals.
Connect Meetings
Basis scheduled for Tuesday
In our initial conversation, Roberto was interested in Development deal/Lease to Purchase option
Our first connect call will be to introduce our two teams and determine the growth plan for Basis

Shared details from webform with Robin when initial received
He said small bridge loans can be hard in new market but would like me to learn more about school and their needs
Create an initial “Connect Call” Question checklist prior to Sisu environmental to use for every meeting as a template
Prospecting
Meeting with Fredericka Wicker was rescheduled to this week due to a conflict
She previously worked for LDOE and then was independent contractor helping schools in LA with charter apps (such as Geo Prep)
Now she has her own company Center for Sustainable Leadership and is based in Brooklyn
Connecting with her for schools who may be possibly growing

Perform onboarding where needed with services
