Do we include converting prospecting leads who never responded? Are we only including those who have expressed interest? What if expressed interest with initial webform but then never respond to emails sent? If they expressed interest (i.e. Webform/conference) but are junk (too small, not viable, poor academics, etc) Do you still want them in as accounts? Do we just mark in notes that they’re junk/non responsive Can we add drop down to bizdev section for the qualification component?
