What is the plan if we win the Sea Island RFQ?
I am not trying to micromanage this, but rather illuminate questions and learnings to make sure we are prepare to hit the ground quickly with a strong customer service plan.
Is there a project plan ready to prepare the team for the interviews the week of 8/21?
Is the project team scrubbed in on all the milestones?
Do you have plans to partner with Justin to get Lewis scrubbed in since he’s listed on the team and will attend the interview?
I talked to Justin and he didn’t plan for any in person travel during the design phase, which was concerning. I shared that Alana will was reassurance that we care as much about the client as we do the project — part of the preparation for the interview needs to include where we have made mistakes with year 0 schools and that we need to be prepared to make more of a commitment for in person trust building engagement.
You and Justin should figure out a rhythm and operating procedures for engaging with the client. ie, I attended all design meetings and took notes and emailed next steps out, I wordsmithed all memos with Brady’s technical expertise informing content. We met in person together at Bloom.
If the contract is signed 9/13 then the kick off meeting should be the following week in person.
With all my travel to the Charleston (Monthly through next April) if might make sense for me to run point on in person engagement for schools in Charleston.

What is the plan to reach out to newly approved schools in

CRM Housekeeping — can we please prioritize updating deal records by every Friday with activities, deadlines, attachments and field updating? All deal records should be up to date every monday morning with completed fields/next steps from week before.
Hiring - we are going to launch a search for another person (likely director level) to support account management/deal origination. I am crafting the JD with Tiphanie and will launch the search in early/mid September for a Q4 start.
MVP - are you joining calls with Jerry and Iliya? How scrubbed in are you with the MVP issues and running point with notes and next steps to Traci/team?
