Schedule individual and group meetings/interviews, considering stakeholders' availability.
Review existing content, guides and collateral from the client.

Stakeholder Meetings & Interviews

Kick-off meeting: Present the project overview, objectives, and timeline. Establish expectations, communication channels, and clarify roles and responsibilities.
Service-specific meetings: Conduct separate meetings for each service or product offered. These meetings will focus on understanding the service's unique features, benefits, and target audience.
Content strategy meeting: Discuss the overall content strategy, tone, messaging, and target audience. Identify any existing content assets and gaps that need to be filled.
Stakeholder One-on-one interviews: Gather in-depth insights about their expectations, experiences, and suggestions for the project.

Encourage feedback, questions, and discussion, addressing any concerns or suggestions.
Revise and finalize the report based on the feedback received.
