Project Scope

We take a structured approach to project design. Our development process was created to ensure every project is delivered on-time and on-budget. The goal of a creative process in design is to set clear milestones and deadlines ensuring timely delivery of the project. By its own nature, creativity is hard to harness into a predictable and linear set of stages, but it is extremely important to do so. Below is the scope we are recommending for The Partnership, Inc.

Resume Book Technical Assistance

With any new tool or software, there is an onboarding curve while users become acquainted with the changes. CAMI Studio will provide TA support to help partners engage with the tool properly. This project is scoped to start on December 23rd, last 90 days and allows for an extension if necessary. It includes:
Technical Assistance Request Form: If a partner would like to make a request for assistance, a form will be able to submit your problem below the Digital Resume Book.
Email Process and Moderation: Each submitted form will trigger an email confirmation to the partner and a notice to CAMI Studio. Responses will be sent within 24 hours.
FAQ Building: The most asked questions will be collected, formatted and a Frequently Asked Questions section will be developed and made available to be added to the website.

Your Investment

Project based pricing is a fixed pricing model providing one flat fee for a specified project. The fixed-price model works best for small projects with limited features and clear requirements.
Any additional work can be scoped as a new project or added on a Time & Materials basis and charged hourly at a fixed rate of $50 per hour. Retainer options available upon request. To avoid delays and keep work on schedule, we require a 30% deposit, billed when the contract is signed, and a payment method on file before starting work. All remaining fees shall be invoiced monthly to the Client.

Payment Schedule

Invoice date will be on the 15th of the month, Clients have net 15 business days to complete payment, calculated from the date notified of the invoice. Full payment of the Project Price for services and deliverables rendered will be charged on the Final Delivery Date.
