Note: Following is described the process for posting the sadhanas. For posting retreats, choose the appropriate FB groups and make sure to follow the group guidelines.

Open the

page

Copy the desired publication text into a note pad or document

⁠

Open the

FB Events Page⁠

⁠

Locate the current event and open it

⁠

Copy the event link and add it to the copied text

⁠

Copy the whole text including the link that was just added

⁠

From the event page, share the publication to the applicable groups, check the

Facebook Groups⁠

page for more details

⁠

Share the publication to the page’s feed

⁠

Switch the Facebook profile to your personal profile and post on the groups that only allow posting from personal profiles instead of page profiles

Open up

Web Whatsapp⁠

and share the publication on all the applicable groups, check the

Whatsapp Groups⁠

page for group joining. Make sure to add the correct flyer before publishing. You can find on the

page.

and share the publication on all the applicable groups, check the
