Definition of Terms

This Agreement covers the services, applications and features (collectively, “Services”), and the Website in its final form (“Website”) provided by Launchpad to the Client.

This document explains our terms of service, which contain important information about your legal rights. Please read it carefully. When you engage our services, you’re agreeing to these terms.

To help make this document easier to understand, we’ve added annotations in these boxes. They aren’t part of the terms and they have no legal effect — they’re simply here to help you follow the text.

These Terms of Service cover the services, software and features (collectively, “Services”) as specified on this page, provided by Launchpad Website Design & Development (“Launchpad”) to you (the “Client”). The entirety of these Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between the Client and Launchpad.
Launchpad shall provide the Services for the Client’s purposes and to the Client’s specifications. Launchpad does not warrant that such Services will create any additional profits, sales, exposure, brand recognition, or the like, for the Client. Launchpad has no responsibility to the Client if the Services do not lead to the Client’s desired result(s).
The Services shall be conducted and delivered upon payment of the monthly recurring subscription, the amount of which is specified on this page. All amounts are in Philippine peso (PHP) unless otherwise indicated.
During the course of the Client’s subscription, it may be necessary for the Client to share proprietary information with Launchpad, including trade secrets and industry knowledge, in order for Launchpad to complete the Services in their final form.
Launchpad will not share any of this proprietary information at any time, nor use it for their personal benefit. This section remains in full force and effect even after termination of this Agreement by either party.
This Agreement may be terminated without penalty, at any time, by either the Client or Launchpad, upon written notice to the other party. The effectivity date of termination will be the last day of the current billing period. The Client will be responsible for all costs and expenses they have incurred prior to the date of termination. Upon termination, Launchpad shall return to the Client all of the Client’s content, materials, and copies of deliverables, at Launchpad’s earliest convenience, but in no event beyond fourteen (14) days after the date of termination.
