The physical rules and laws of the colony are those of our real world. The laws of physics such as gravity, laws of thermodynamics, speed of light, etc. apply in the same way as on Earth.
There is no magic, superhuman powers or supernatural phenomena. Everyone who have athletic ability and who can survive during The Great Truce have a huge training program, they don't have any superpowers.
