Background

We will shift our entire business away from DVDs and into online streaming over the Internet.

No more inventory issues with DVDs

Customers can save time by not having to send back DVDs

Considered partnering with existing VOD providers

Only focus on building infrastructure and not do the content acquisition

Will be a delay in seeing the return on our investment since we need to strike content acquisition deals and actually film the content

Internet speeds will continue to increase over time

Phones will be able to process more data
