Book again emails

Automated ‘Book again’ emails and text messages which will go out every Thursday to users that have not had an appointment in the last 8 or more weeks.
We are dividing these sends into two groups so that we can better understand the impact:
6-10 weeks: This group is the most likely to convert given they’ve had appointments in the last couple of months, and it’s good for us to track our ability to reactivate this group.
10+ weeks: This group is harder to capture, but we want to separate out our conversion to see if there is a different cadence that is needed to reactivate or if they will have churned.

Multi-location

Locations filter fix that ensures we are displaying the proper list of groomers based on the locations that are selected in the filter. i.e. when only the current location is selected the Groomers filter is enabled; otherwise, the Groomers filter is disabled and set to All groomers.
Only display the Locations filter when a user has >1 location
Remove the Location column on the Payroll Report for single location businesses
Bug fix: Where the list of Services wouldn't update after adding a single service, only after importing services

Additional updates

Ability to refund previous charges including no show and late cancellation fees
Delete groomers v1: Allow business owner to delete groomers if the groomer to be deleted does not have booked appointments; otherwise, let them know they need to reassign them before deleting.
Groomer side panel updates: When adding/editing a groomer and changing the groomer's services, we didn't display the trash can to remove a service if it was the first on the list; this is now changed to not display it only if there's a single service on the list.

Tech

Made significant changes to the frontend codebase to add Typescript to improve our code quality, and is less prone to bugs.
Backend improvements to improve the performance/response times on the calendar monthly view.
