In 2022-2024, achieved for the last 10 quarters, achieved average net retention of 118% and attainment of 172% by playing an instrumental role in client retention, working 122 customers in 2 million-dollar book of business.

Started a profitable language e-learning company and lead a team of 20 talented individuals in the development of ooLango's services for Spanish, Chinese and English in 2020 and 2021.

For 9 years, managed customer renewals to improve satisfaction; while consistently achieving over 100% of set goals and 4 promotions to serve small, medium, and enterprise clients.

Consistently met or exceeded targets of net retention and quotas at ClickDimensions, SoftwareOne, Sharp, HealthNet and Blue Cross & Blue Shield often achieving 100% or more.

Lead team of 8 fellow Customer Success Managers in 20% product expansion of State of Arizona Government, including all major universities, governmental agencies and enterprise accounts.
