Consistently met or exceeded targets of net retention and quotas at ClickDimensions, SoftwareOne, Sharp, HealthNet and Blue Cross & Blue Shield often achieving 100% or more. Lead team of 8 fellow Customer Success Managers in 20% product expansion of State of Arizona Government, including all major universities, governmental agencies and enterprise accounts.
