When something egregious happened and it has to be moved along the Investigator should be able to submit the Report for Disposition without getting the Infestation Supervisor’s Approval

When the Investigator submits the Report without the Approval, show them the warning and ask for a confirmation

You are about to submit this case to Disposition before the Investigation report has been approved because of extreme circumstances. Is this what you intended to do?

Are you sure you need to By-Pass the Approval Process? and if Yes, ask the Investigator to enter reason and submit.

Such submissions will still be notified to the Investigation Supervisor & Case Manager.

Reports submitted without approval will be listed at the top
