Paneer 65 Recipe

Ingredients

200g Paneer
2 tbsp Cornflour
1 tbsp Rice flour
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Garam masala
Salt to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions

Cut the paneer into small cubes and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, add the cornflour, rice flour, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
Add enough water to make a thick batter.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Dip the paneer cubes in the batter and fry until golden brown.
Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato ketchup.
