Pedagogical Content Manager

This is a unique opportunity to join the Education team in Kayma, an exciting social R&D group. We develop milgo - a digital tool for schools based on a WhatsApp bot, that helps teams integrate formative evaluation with their day-to-day operations, and tackle the challenges they care most about. We work with the best education provides in Israel to deliver a comprehensive formative evaluation solution to anything from SEL, teaching and learning in class, to teachers’ well-being and parents’ engagement.

This role is part of the Education team. In this role you will work closely with the PM and members of the R&D team, as well as our external content developers.

Be Part of:

Plan and execute pedagogical content strategy.

Manage the entire content pipeline: content templates design, content writing and production, coding the content on the platform, quality assurance and ongoing UX research.

Closely collaborate with our external content partners in developing surveys and pedagogical content.

Edit, proofread and rewrite content written by external content partners.

Use our beginner-friendly coding language to embed the content in the milgo platform.

Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all products.

Work directly with the Product Manager and R&D team members to understand the platform functionality and technology.

Continually deepen your knowledge of our space and our products through independent research and resourcefulness.

Be a true team member and strategic thinker.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation for educators.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.

Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a deep-rooted understanding of what it takes to engage educators with riveting content.

Motivated and comfortable learning a beginner-friendly coding language to embed content in the milgo platform.

An understanding of the goals of formative evaluation in education and organizational contexts.

Comfortable in using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of the content on schools and organizations.

Ability to understand UX and complex technical concepts and explain them clearly.

Experience in the education industry.

Fluent English speaker with excellent written communication skills.
