Set up your no-buy calendar. In the “Set Up” box below, select your start and end dates and click the button. This will delete the existing sample data (so don’t do it if you’ve already started logging data!) and create your calendar, starting with the Sunday of your start week (for visual balance.)
Each day, go to your Daily Log and select whether you bought anything. If you missed a day, expand the “Log a Previous Day” section - or just click that day on the visual tracker to expand it.
