Have gift cards, but always forget to spend them?

Obviously sometimes you spend them immediately! But what about $10 to the coffee shop across town, or the restaurant you’ve been meaning to make a reservation for, or the one you’re saving for when you really need new pants? Use this template to:

Keep an eye on your balances for gift cards – or perhaps store credits from refunds or promotions. Keep a note about whether the balance is on a physical or digital card, or already applied to, say, your Amazon account.

Come back to this doc whenever you’re picking a restaurant/activity/shopping, so you can put your gift cards to good use.

Get reminders – you can even set up automated reminders so you get a regular Coda notification (which, depending on your Coda settings, may send an email) reminding you of your gift card balance.
