๐ŸŒ Landing Page Website (Mobile)

Landing Page
The App Store and Play Store require App Developers to have a website for their app before they approve it. If you donโ€™t have a website yet, your team can create a basic landing page for your app.
Note: We offer a customizable package that allows you to tailor your landing page to match your brand identity. Reach out to your product manager to know more about this offer.
This website should include the following items:
Privacy Policy Link - required by both App Store and Play Store
Terms of Use Link - required by both App Store and Play Store
Link where users can delete or request the deletion of their account - required only by Play Store. Learn more about the policy

Beta Testing
We typically hold (approximately) a 2-week Beta Testing period with real users. This will help us identify any functional bugs which have been missed during our development

Setup Customer Support Email and/or Ticketing System
You will need an email address for users to contact you if they need help, e.g. Google Workspace will allow you to create multiple aliases for your main business email. You may also want to setup a service like ZenDesk to make customer support easier for your team.
