Solutions-driven individual with experience in solving complex problems, working with cross-functional teams, and building project plans in work management tools.

A lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified from the Six Sigma Academy Amsterdam, based on Dutch higher education BKO standards. Recently completed the Google Project Management Career Certificate-a rigorous, hands-on program that covers traditional and Agile project management approaches throughout the life cycle of a project.

Currently, I'm a senior project manager working for Incorta. I'm responsible throughout the MENA region as a customer solutions manager helping our customers achieving their strategic business goals. I started my career as a software developer in a startup which had a partnership with a company based in US, and since then I found my passion working with startups. My journey with startups led me to be working on more than 70 projects in various business domains using wide range of web technologies.

I have never been attracted by titles, because positions' responsibilities differ based on each company's internal process and management style. I have a growing skill set that suits growing companies and if it will be well employed and trusted, you will get the most of it. I'm in a vigorous pursuit to self-improvement and continuous learning. Also I'm writing articles on LinkedIn about project management and real life situations faced by development teams. I'm a voracious reader, my objective is to continuously expand my knowledge and experience by reading industry related books and guides. I'm fond of the power of data and how data analytics can transform a whole business and drive strategic decisions to move from Zero to One. I'm always fascinated by how industry professionals are employing data analytics in every aspect of managing a business, something like people analytics and how this transforms the way we manage people and boost productivity and the team's performance. I have an engineering background. I studied electronics and communication engineering at faculty of engineering, Alexandria university. I have 9-month diploma in Open Source web development from Information Technology Institute (ITI).
