How to use this calculator

The purpose of this tool is to help professional services teams work more efficiently and for management to have the right visibility into projects as well as profitability. This is primarily intended for knowledge work, specifically where there is a series of relatively consistent (but oftentimes unique per implementation) tasks that need to be tracked.
This also provides staff-level visibility into efficiency, workload, and more.

Step 2: Create a Project

Now you’ll work on setting up your individual projects. Projects are the top-level container for all the work that needs to be done. Generally, this would align with a SoW or other contract. Clicking the “New Project” button will automatically add a row. If you have already priced the project out, add your Quoted Price. Otherwise, you can add that after linking up your tasks to the project.
