This shows one end of a starch molecule. Starches, also called complex carbohydrates can have very long molecules made up of many sugars linked together
Fiber
Tend to interconnect with other fiber molecules. Shown here is one fiber molecule, interconnected with two other fiber molecules.
Mass: Varies a lot, but fibers are very heavy molecules
