For this test task, your job is to look at the campaign data for 3 campaigns, and write down the good and bad things that you see. Here is what we look for in an email campaign.
Reply Rate
The reply rate percentage should be AT LEAST 2%. If it is below 2%, that is a red flag (not good). If the reply rate is greater than 4%, it is a GREAT campaign (very good!)
Positive Reply Rate:
The positive reply rate percentage should be AT LEAST 10%. If it is below 10%, that is a red flag (not good). If the positive reply rate is greater than 10%, it is a GREAT campaign (very good!)
Bounce Rate:
The bounce rate percentage should be under 2.5%. If it is ABOVE 2.5%, that is a red flag (not good). If the bounce rate is LOWER than 1.5%, it is a GREAT campaign (very good!)
