He’s overwhelmed and burnt out doing everything himself, ironically needs a lot of help on a platform he built to give and get help for free.
What he’s on a mission to do daily: Get as many people on the platform as humanly possible
Challenges: A large influx of traffic without an onboarding, engagement systems, customer journey in place, Rob is currently working alone
My observations:

Customer Support - Rob is doing all this currently, needs someone to handle customer support
