What is Community Wealth?

When you buy from a company like Amazon, you often have no idea where your dollars are going, but you can be assured they are going to people have no interest in your personal success or wellbeing. Because you don’t know them. Imagine buying from companies that had your values and best interests at heart. A company where profits went back into projects that aligned with and supported your community, whether local or online and worldwide. Of course you would buy from that company instead of Amazon if it offered the same things at the same prices and with the same convenience, right? That’s the goal of cooperatives and circular companies and cooperatives like

. We are building a platform where people can trade and work interdependently on the things we want to do. Where we can provide one another the supports we need in the neurodivergent community to thrive. When a sale comes in from the public, those dollars, as many as possible, come back to us. And we constantly work on improving the system so that more of those dollars count and we have real generational community wealth for all involved.

Once we have enough capital, there’s no limit to what we can provide for ourselves and not have to depend on neurotypical institutions to provide for us. While building economies of care, at the same time we can practice microsolidarity and overcome the challenges most of us face due to a lifetime of masking and not being supported or accommodated. I believe that the future is what we believe it is. This is the future I believe in. It’s the one I’m creating. Build with me and cocreate the future you want to see.
