1. Introduction
By accessing or using our integration services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of our integration services, and any associated software, documentation, and content (collectively, the "Services").
2. Service Description
Jersey Initiatives provides integration services that facilitate the connection and operational functionality between different software applications, systems, and data sources. Our Services may include, but are not limited to:
Custom integration development
API management
Data synchronization
Automation of workflows
Support and maintenance services
3. Account Registration and Requirements
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Jersey Initiatives reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided during the registration process or thereafter proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
4. Usage Rights and Restrictions
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services strictly in accordance with these Terms. However, you shall not:

Fees for our Services will be set forth in your service agreement, as indicated below. All fees are non-refundable and payable in advance. Payment obligations are non-cancelable and fees paid are non-refundable. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and contact information to us.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of information disclosed during the provision of the Services. Confidential information includes any materials or information provided by either party, whether in writing, orally, or electronically, that is designated as confidential.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
You can cancel this service at anytime (with or without notice) by requesting to cancel directly to Jersey Initiatives.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our Services are provided "as is." Jersey Initiatives makes no representations or warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included on our services.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Jersey Initiatives or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind related to these terms or your use of the services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Service Specifications

1. Project Overview
This project involves creating a custom integration between Hi Bob and iPayroll to facilitate seamless payroll processing for the Client's staff in New Zealand (under 50 employees). This service focuses exclusively on developing and maintaining the integration connection.
2. Integration Setup
One-Time Setup Fee: see quote
Scope: The setup involves configuring and validating the connection between Hi Bob and iPayroll, ensuring accurate data mapping and field validation between the systems.
Deliverables: The setup will enable automated data transfers including new hires, employee updates, and leave transactions from Hi Bob to iPayroll.
3. API Monitoring Services
Employee Data Monitoring:
Monitoring and updating the integration as necessary to accommodate API changes across connected apps.
Implementing client-requested changes within reasonable scope and timeframes.
Service Period: May 2024 to May 2025

Leave Data Monitoring:
Continuously monitoring API changes to ensure the integration remains functional.
Adjusting the integration based on reasonably requested client changes.

Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy outlines the practices concerning data management during the custom integration of Hi Bob with iPayroll, managed by Jersey Initiatives.
2. Data Collection
Only the necessary employee data, such as names, employment details, and Data Collection, will be handled to establish and maintain the integration. This collection complies with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
3. Use of Data
Data is strictly used to configure and support the integration between Hi Bob and iPayroll, enabling:
Automated data transmission between systems.
Accurate payroll and leave management.
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
Data is exclusively shared between Hi Bob and iPayroll to maintain the integration service. Access is limited to authorized personnel and you can control or revoke the access that the API has to both Hi Bob and Ipayroll by control the API user or service credentials in each app.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is not stored beyond the initial call to pass data over to iPayroll. Once the server responds with a success, the data is deleted immediately. If an error occurs, those data transactions are saved and passed over to the client. All transient data is securely disposed of once its purpose is fulfilled.
6. Data Security
Robust security measures are implemented to protect data from unauthorized access and data breaches. All application endpoints use industry standard SSL/TLS 1.2+ (Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security) encryption to ensure the security of data transmissions.
7. Your Rights
Individuals have rights under the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 to access their data, request corrections, and demand deletion where applicable.
8. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated periodically, reflecting changes in legal requirements or our processing practices. Updates will be communicated directly to the client.
