Set-up

Assemble the fabric stage backdrops. Make sure the “Zion Kids” logos are on the far ends — not in the middle where the two backdrops connect.

Attach the backdrops to the black fence using bungee cords so that it won’t fall or tip over.

Set up the mic stand on one end of the backdrop. Insert a mic and use a XLR cable to connect it to the speaker system.

Set up three rows of chairs in a half circle shape facing the backdrops.

First row: 24 chairs

Second row: 24 chairs

Third row: 20 chairs

Power down the speaker system and disassemble it.

Put all mics and cables in the small black and yellow bin.

Place the speaker and equipment bin in the black and yellow wagon.

Tear down all of the chairs and place them on the chair rack(s).

Disassemble the fabric stage backdrops and place them in the wooden supply cart.
