Set-up

Set up a 6’ table outside the room and place a tablecloth on it.

Set up a 6’ table in the back of the room and place a tablecloth on it.

Set up the changing station. Make sure there is a diaper genie ready in the diaper pail.

Assemble the rocking chairs, bouncers and the ball pit.

Lay out two rugs for kids to play on.

Lay out a few toys on the rug for kids to play with when they arrive.

Make sure you have everything you need.

Snacks: Cheerios, water jug, small cups

Diaper Changing Supplies: diaper pail, wax paper sheets, gloves, wipes, diapers, hand sanitizer

Check-in Supplies: clipboard, rosters

Cleaning Supplies: paper towels, disinfectant spray

Other Supplies: toys, pillows, white noise machine

Disinfect all of the toys before putting them away.

Disassemble all supplies and clean up all of the toys.

Place the tablecloths inside one of the storage bins.

Fold the 6’ tables and place them in the black and yellow wagon.

Empty the trash from the diaper pail, tie it up and place it in a trash can.

Place the black/yellow toy bin in the wooden mobile cart.

Place everything else in the black mobile cart.
