Play a game while you wait for the worship team to arrive.

WEEK 1: Simon Says

WEEK 2: Head, Shoulders, Knees and Toes

WEEK 3: I Spy

WEEK 4: Roller Coaster

“Go (pretend you’re marching)

into all the world (spread your arms out above your head)

and preach the Good News (put your hands around your mouth like you’re shouting)

to everyone.” (spread your arms out wide)

Mark 16:15 (open and close your hands like a book)

WEEK 1: Introduce the verse by having kids repeat after you. (Repeat After Me)

WEEK 2: Read one line at a time and invite the kids to do the motions. (I Say, You Do)

WEEK 3: Do the motions and invite the kids to say the words. (I Do, You Say)

WEEK 4: Practice the verse together. Then see if they can do it on their own. (Your Turn!)

The worship team will sing 2-3 songs with the kids.

End the time with a Repeat After Me Prayer.
