Ruth (Ruth 1-4) Ruth was selfless. Instead of starting over herself, she chose to travel back to Israel with Naomi. Both Ruth and Naomi were later helped by Boaz. He became Ruth’s kinsman-redeemer. Those who trust in God have a kinsman-redeemer, too. Jesus!
