A quick reference to our culture, tools, meeting cadence, and team calendar.

Culture

We're an open and collaborative place. Stop by someone's desk and tap them on the shoulder if you have a question (but try not to if they have their headphones in).

Communication Tools

We use Slack heavily and expect that you'll update your status - if working from home, out sick, or on vacation.

Meeting Cadence

We have two major meetings each week:
Monday Kickoff. This meeting, at 9 PT on Mondays, is when we kick off the week - teams present their plans for the week and ask questions of one another.
Friday Kickback. On Fridays we relax and celebrate the week at 4 p.m. PT. Grab a beer or a kombucha and see what folks worked on!

Team Calendar

We have outings every month in which someone hosts the rest of the team at a place of their choosing - home, park, concert, whatever! Here's a calendar with the upcoming team meetings.
