I received multiple email notifications for the same comment on a card in pipefy.
You could be receiving a notification because someone commented on a card that is assigned to you, then another notifying you that someone @tagged you. Try updating your notification settings by turning off the "When a new comment or checklist is created" notifications setting.
To do this.
click on your user icon in the top right corner of Pipefy
Select Account Preferences
Select Notifications
Deselect "When a new comment or checklist is created"
Save

What does the “done” section in “My Tasks” indicate?
image005(1).jpg
The done filter in the “My Tasks” section filters to show all cards that you are assigned on that have reached the end of a process. This could be a cancelled phase, or in most cases, its the completed or booked phase. You can identify these phase by their tick mark next to the name.
Can the ON HOLD tab below (at the top of our pipe) not be a STUCK tab? Or can there be an extra tab for STUCK? To take it out of the BACKLOG tab.

Is this because you would like the cards with insufficient information to not be assigned to you and in your backlog? If this is the case we could make an update. It might be simpler to have a phase before backlog where you can move it back to. This is a little bit of a system setup change that will need to be done. We can add it to the backlog of required updates.
I am experiencing a time delay in my Pipefy notifications.
How do I change my time zone?
This could be due to your time zone within Pipefy being set incorrectly. Would you mind please checking? To do this:
Click your image icon at the top right (in pipefy)
Select ACCOUNT PREFERENCES
Scroll down to time zone and set it for GMT +02:00 (see image below)

I have some confusion regarding the budget request. In terms of the budget split preference, I opted that there was no preference yet the card stage would not move, indicating that the split was required.
It has been set up this way to allow you to create a brief should you not yet know the budget split. However, in order for the brief to be submitted to a campaign manager, a sales exec must indicate the budget split. This is by directive of Maritsa and Cindy.
I feel there is something missing in terms of intuitiveness around the actions of approval. The reason I'm saying this, is because I missed the comment below to use ET3. So I could move to the next phase but without going that route. Just can't put my finger on the flow here.
Thank you for the feedback. We have made some updates in an attempt to make this easier. Your card has been moved back to the INTERNAL REVIEW phase. Could you please take a look and let us know if this update has helped.
At this point of approval, shouldn't there be something attached a email reply to validate approval?
Currently we have a signed schedule that we email to traffic to process the booking. I see there is a reply email. Shouldn't the approval action activate if and when a email reply from the client states approved or I need changes so not approved? At this point it seems you can move the to the booking phase without any confirmation? the previous edit you made helped.
Yes it is possible to move to booking without confirmation, but please be advised that you should obviously not do this. The suggested solution would be great, unfortunately it is not technically feasible at this point. We will give it some more thought and see if there isn't another solution.
I’m not sure if I have moved the card to correct phase? I am on the Non - traditional (Proposals) board.
Proposals that are ready to be reviewed by the Sales exec should be moved to the INTERNAL REVIEW phase and not the COST & SCHEDULE APPROVAL phase.
I think there’s an opportunity here to email output file to client as a thought, a possible client review phase?
That is a nice touch, We can add a template. Email template added. please take a look and let me know how to improve it.
Can a file/attachment in Pipefy be viewed instead of downloading it when clicked on?
If we force a browser open to open it is highly likely that the file will not open due to an 'authorisation' issue. This is because the user might not have the correct permissions for the file type to open. For example, if the user does not have an Office 365 license that is logged in on the browser, the file will not open. The ideal solution is for all documents to move to Office online, this way you can manage permissions and allow users to open in browser tabs without having to own an Office license. This is something in the backlog that we are hoping to take a look at in future. Please see attached screenshot for reference. image.png
