During the 2 days of Elevate (Jun 5 and 6) we enable mentors from our community to host roundtables at the venue for any attendee to join.
- Every roundtable has a topic
- Attendees have the flexibility to register for multiple roundtables of their choice.
- Please be prepared for last-minute registrations and spontaneous participation.
⚠️Unlike last year, Roundtables will NOT compete with Keynotes and have a dedicated moment in the agenda
How long is a roundtable?
We'll advertise that each roundtable lasts 45 minutes.
In reality, the slot is locked for a full hour.
What topic should I pick?
This year, you will be prompted with a dropdown list of topics.
Make sure it fits and add details in the "DESCRIPTION"
How prepared should I be?
Given the uncertainty around attendance and the size of the group, I would suggest coming in with a loose agenda of things you want to talk about for an 10-15min intro, then plan to make it interactive and engage the group with prompt questions.
Can I sign up for multiple slots?
NO
Where will the roundtables be?
Roundtables will be held at the venue of Elevate @ Convene SF.
Table numbers will be communicated in the calendar event created for the occasion.
When will it be launched to attendees for registration?
It will be launched to attendees within 1 week.
