Elevate is an event for engineers with experience (and more specifically engineering leaders)

IC Engineers are relevant and represent a good part of our attendee list, but Tech Lead and above (Tech lead, Engineering Manager, Director of engineering, VPE, CTO) are the majority.

Elevate is in San Francisco - Union Square and is ONLY in person.

People must be able to travel to San Francisco of be local to attend.
