Solution 3: If outreach - try to do the “fact-finding” over email or chat and only book them once they are 1 foot in the door

Focus on 1 problem and implementation at the time.
Firstly implement the “highest leverage” solutions that will likely have the biggest impact (think 80/20)

Scaling is just Increase of the volume through your pipeline
Money → increasing budgets
Time → putting more work hours
People → leveraging other's people time
But we only scale once we have the whole pipeline working.
