Google Calendar scheduling overview

There are many uses for scheduling next steps whether you are working on a large multi-stage project, managing a media production project, or tracking a candidate in a recruiting pipeline. In this example a candidate just passed phone screening and will be coming in for interviews. A button to block off the interview day appears when the Interview date is identified. The
Google Calendar

event is an all-day event and is posted to a team Recruitment calendar so that the scheduling recruiter and interviewers are notified when the interview date is available for next steps.

Quickstart

1️⃣ Enter in candidates in the
Candidate Tracking

table and interviewers in the
Internal Interviewers
⁠
tables.
2️⃣ Enter the "Interview Day" for each candidate.
3️⃣ Set up the Google Calendar Pack (click the Settings icon

in the top right of the toolbar and go to
puzzle.png

Packs) and when you click on the Block off Interview Day button, the calendar event gets created in your Google Calendar.
