I think there needs to be more work done on this part, and the part about what Curio DAO actually does. The use-value of CurioDAO is far more important for a landing page than the details of its partnerships or roadmap. Both are important but the prior is central to the goal of the landing page. Every sentence needs to be necessary and sufficient in describing what it is that CurioDAO can do, simply and briefly. Great first draft, now we have a good skeleton. Next aim is to split most paragraphs up and italicise cue headings (as I have done) to expose the logical structure of the piece, so that we can better see what is missing and if the logic works throughout. This will also greatly help with the next phase for the web-development of the page, as its ‘components’ will become more apparent.

I feel its missing some “catchy” sentences which could be used as copywrite on a landing page.

Fix up some grammar and sentence flows here and there.

Cars may be liabilities, but rare collectible cars are assets. Ever asked yourself why the wealthy have collectible car garages? It’s because rare collectible cars are appreciating assets the wealthy use to protect their wealth. Now, you’ve probably wanted to own a garage with collectible cars, but you cant even afford to get access to one. Thankfully, the world is switching to a virtual front and your time to own your own virtual garage is now.

Collectible cars, fine art, watches, wine, and even whisky have received interest in the last ‘x’ years from the moment they leave the warehouse. You ask why such consumer goods gain immense interest over time? Well, because they are sold to a very narrow network, of wealthy individuals, and these opulent people use the items as a store of wealth.

CurioDAO, a Decentralized Autonomous Organization, helps promising real-world assets achieve their maximum potential via tokenization, by incorporating the investment power and buzz-making potential of the CurioDAO community.

CurioDAO bridges real-world assets - primarily collectible cars - to decentralized finance. Real world assets, typically a reserve for the affluent, can now generate wealth for the common investor. CurioDAO ensures access to these assets, through tokenization, allowing you to buy a share, as you build your dream virtual garage of rare collectible cars, and sit back to watch its value appreciate.

Rollapp

Rollapp is a gasless NFT launchpad, where users mint non-fungible tokens (NFTs) representing physical real-world assets. Once you mint your NFT, you can put it to work, like in any other NFT marketplace. You can put it up for the public, or private auction, resell it or even redeem the token for the physical object it represents. At CurioDAO, you can show the world your high-value collectible assets, and make them more liquid.

Capital DEX

CapitalDEX is an Automated Market Maker, that rewards liquidity providers with a 0.3% fee on all trades based on their share of the pool. Think of it like a... The fees are added to the pool and accrue in real-time. Providers can claim their rewards by withdrawing their liquidity.

Everyone is looking for the perfect crypto investment. It is easy to blow your crypto portfolio by making common crypto mistakes. You can avoid the risks involved in crypto investments by connecting your wallets to CapitalDEX and engaging in different yield farming options. CapitalDEX allows you to connect different wallets to begin your yield farming investments. You can connect Metamask, WalletConenct, Coinbase Wallet, Fortmatic, and Portis. Upon connecting your wallet you can participate in the distribution of Curio Governance Tokens (CGT) using Capital DEX Liquidity Pool Tokens (CLP) as stake.

CurioDAO Governance

CurioDAO is governed by the holders of the Curio Governance Tokens (CGT). The DAO has an open voting system, based on holders of the Curio Governance Tokens. Apart from voting, CGT runs the CurioDAO ecosystem. It is the currency used for trading NFTs on CurioDAO NFT launchpad, Rollapp.

You need any number of CGT tokens to participate in CurioDAO Governance through participation in polls. Holding CGT tokens allows you to select a poll, and choose your desired option. The desired option for instance could be selecting an ideal borrowing rate for a specific collateral type. Your option will then be submitted to Executive Voting (by Curio Team) for inclusion in the system. It is important to note that it is not necessary to have CGTs blocked on the Voting contract and create a Voting contract. You only need to have any number of CGTs in your wallet to participate in governance.

How to get CurioDAO token $CGT

Getting CGT should not be a hustle, especially because your participation in CurioDAO governance is critical. There are several simple ways you can acquire CGT. You can swap from the available tokens on CapitalDEX to CGT tokens.

2022 - Curio Parachain Protocol

The Curio team plans to develop and implement into the Curio ecosystem the following developments on Curio Parachain as part of the Kusama slot for 2 years:

Real-world Assets Tokenization Launchpad - Development of a hybrid real-world asset tokenization system on NFT, in particular collectible cars, powered by its own Curio Parachain and Ethereum.

CapitalDEX - Integration of the current Ethereum AMM DEX (Capital DEX) into Curio Parachain to speed up transactions and reduce gas fees and have Curio tokens into the Polkadot ecosystem.

Curio NFT Marketplace - Trade Curio NFT tokens, as well as create your own NFTs with the ability to link to your car and further tokenization in the form of Security Tokens.

Curio StableCoin System with Curio DAO - Migration of Curio StableCoin Protocol and Governance transaction processing to Curio Parachain to speed up the protocol.

Rental of Exclusive DAO Cars - Invest in exclusive Curio cars that will be used for rental and generate income.

2023 - Curio Messanger

Integrate quantum communication technologies to Rollapp messenger.

Make Rollapp messenger extremely secure through quantum communication technologies. This field of quantum physics protects information channels against eavesdropping by means of quantum cryptography.

2023 - Curioinvest Pro - Security token Launch

Real-world asset tokenization is the next revolution in investment. CurioDAO utilizes unique cross-chain solutions to ensure seamless investments for DAO members.

2024 - 2027 - Quantum-safe Digital Asset Custody Solution

Development of Qrio - A quantum communications development lab by CurioDAO. The lab deploys advanced quantum products and technologies to ensure the long-term protection of data and the safety of users.

Qrio Lab has already released the Quantum Pager (QPager), a service for exchanging messages using quantum key encryption. QPager will be instrumental in tackling identity theft in blockchain and crypto. Quantum communication channels embraced by Qrio labs uses technology that encrypts any type of data, including text messages, videos, and images.

QPager technologies will therefore be integrated into Rollapp. Rollapp Messanger will consequently provide secure communications for RWA NFT buyers and sellers on one platform.

Bridges

SKALE Bridge

CurioDAO brings you a world where blockchains are no longer limited in speed and capacity. This is meant to drive mass adoption, to a platform where sellers and buyers of tokenized real world assets meet to transact on a secure and fast blockchain platform. Skale is an Ethereum based bridge, which allows decentralised applications serve hundreds f millions of users, seamlessly and securely.

Blockchains add more nodes to their network, and this improves security, but hampers speed and performance. Skale’s network is built to run on thousands of nodes, and the growth of the number of nodes contributes to speed and performance of the network. This is possible as different decentralized applications use independent node subsets. (To be continued).

Partnerships and Grants

The NEARverse keeps growing due to partnerships, grants and joint projects. CurioDAO received a grant from Aurora. The grant was designed to launch CapitalDEX on the Aurora network. This grant gives rise to a partnership that will ensure seamless transactions from Ethereum to NEAR Protocol, facilitated by Aurora. Aurora is an Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) on the NEAR Protocol blockchain. Aurora’s EVM facilitates compatibility, making it easy to deploy contracts and protocols from other EVM chains like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain and Polygon. The grant from Aurora, meant to launch CapitalDEX on the Aurora network, works to expand the possibilities of actions by investors in CurioDAO.

Harmony also expressed interest in CurioDAO, particularly in prioritizing realworld assets. The interest was expressed via a grant extended to CurioDAO’s NFT marketplace. CurioDAO will focus the first grant on its NFT marketplace, while consequent grants from Harmony will be used to contribute to the AMM’s liquidity.

MakerDAO, a leading decentralized organization in DeFi, has partnered with CurioDAO, in a collaboration that allows payouts of collectible car investments in the Dai stablecoin. This collaboration ensures greater liquidity for investors and collectors, eliminating the hassles of punitive traditional finance. MarkerDAO is a decentralized organization that seeks to establish stability and transparency in the world economy. It facilitates the generation of Dai, a leading decentralized stablecoin.

Asset valuation can be a challenging process, especially when dealing with items such as collectible cars. CurioDAO has collaborated with Chainlink, to bring transparency and trust to price valuation for the collection of tokenized vehicles. You would need thorough research before investing in particular stocks, to understand the performance of your investment over a time period. This collaboration will furnish prospects with this kind of information before investing in car tokens. Being a relatively new venture, placing value on collectible cars can be hard, and sometimes result in misleading information. This collaboration however resolves these concerns, by creating a reliable and neutral price feed for determining the value of ultra-rare, collectible cars. Chainlink is a general-purpose framework for building and running decentralized oracle networks that give your smart contract access to secure and reliable data inputs and outputs.

Polkadot

CurioDAO also collaborates with Polkadot, with its own parachain connected to Polkadot slot. This collaboration allows clients to operate their CGT tokens on parachain and consequently receive staking CGT rewards for maintaining the parachain. It only gets better as Curio stablecoin will soon be integrated into into CurioPracahin, to speed up transactions and reduce gas fees.

Skale

CurioDAO believes everyone needs to invest in tokenized assets and the process should be seamless, to encourage more investments. It is for this reason that CurioDAO partnered with SKALE, an Ethereum-based scaling solution, that is fast, secure, NFT friendly as well as quick, and easy to use. CurioDAO seeks to onboard everyone to invest in assets that previously have been a reserve of the wealthy. This starts with providing gasless transactions, to encourage even small investors. SKALE works to facilitate onboarding prospects, through gasless transactions, complemented with speed, simplicity and security.

NEAR

Curio has also integrated with NEAR Protocol, a sharded, proof-of-stake, layer-one blockchain that is simple to use, secure and scalable. This means CGT and DEX liquidity pools extend to NEAR Protocol. CGT support is on NEAR, embracing its extremely cheap fees and super-fast transactions. Liquidity pools are also created in popular NEAR decentralized exchanges to facilitate the exchange of the Curio Governance Token.

Solana

CurioDAO’s NFT launchpad, RollApp is on Solana.

Reef

CurioDAO ahs collaborated with Reef Finance to bring liquidity to real world assets. CurioDAO believes the value of rare collectible cars will continue to increase. This is especially after vintage cars returned more than 330% from 2007 to 2017, based on a report by Knoght Frank. This calls for liquidity priiders in this investment, as rare cars promise to be more valuable in the coming years. This collaboration ensures Reef Chain deploys RollApp and harnesses the benefits offered by Reef Fiannce ecosystem alongside its userbase. Reef Chain is a customized blockchain that allows developers to build DApps or deploy existing projects from Ethereum.
