Method 1:
Create → Curve Tools → EP Curve Tools / or the icons in → Draw the splines
Select the spline/curve created → Create (top bar) → Sweep Mesh →
Adjust parameter on sweepMeshCreator1 layer:
-Transformation for thickeness,
-Interpolation and Normals for bending smoothness, make use of the box optimize
-Distribution for duplication, and twist them in transformation
All settings above can set keyframe for animation
To create ring structure, choose Rectangle shape in Sweep profile → Corner radius control Bevel value
(play around Distribution parameters for specific animating)
To centralize the anchor point: Modify → Centre Pivot
To add/modify detail: Shift+R click → Extrude → Keep faces together: off → Scale (pressing G to repeat it)
Method 2:
Create a cylinder → PolySylinder1 → Subdivision: axis 12 → positoin the end face of cylinder to the start of the spline/curve
→
Face mode → Select all faces of the cylinder (hold Tab + L mouse)
→ Then hold Shift and click the spline →
R click → Extrude Face box → Division: 50 → Apply
(if the wire is too thick/thin, adjust the size of cylinder first before apply to extrude)
Delete History → Delete the curve layer in outliner
