Material, Texture, FX in game 3D world

Simple Water Material



Create a material called Mtl_Water, open it

Change shading Model to Single Layer Water

R click in graph and type single layer.... to create its node
Create 3-constant, change X to 1 to make it red in color, connect as below (to absorb red color)

Create 3 single parameter (hold 1 + L click), values set to 0 and 1 respectively, connect as below:

Create a plane in the scene, drag the material in the plane

Tick Show Engine content and show Plugin Content in Content Browser
Add Starter Content in the project (to get water normal texture)

Back to Mtl_water graph, add Texture Sample node, choose T_waterNormal01_N in Texture

Connect as follow for X and Y axis normal texture moving:

Connect as below to blend 2 normal texture to Normal Material
