Rock Explosion effect:
Create a Sphere → Type: Hexahedron, Segments: 64 (bottom R in Object)
Create 3 Nulls, name as Setup, Boole, Voronoi, Make Setup layer as parent:
First, fix Voronoi layer:
Select Sphere layer, Create Instance (in Subdivision Surface on top bar, it names becoming Sphere Instance), then create Voronoi Fracture (in Clone on top bar), make the layers as below:
Change to Quick Shading in Display → In Voronoi Fracture, Point Amount: 14 (bottom R in Sources) → Create Push Apart layer (in Cloner) →
In Push Apart: set its Radius: 40cm, keyframe in Strength 0% @key frame 0F, 100% @60F →Adjust the curve of animation in Dope sheet/F-Cruve as follow (Hotkey H to optimize the graph):
Add Random layer (in Cloner) →
Parameter (bottom R menu): untick Position, tick Rotation, set H,P,B all to 5 degree →
Effector: Random Mode: Turbulence, Animation Speed: 10%
Parent both Random and Push Apart Layers under Voronoi layer too
Second, fix Boole layer:
Select Sphere layer, then Create Instance (name as Sphere Instance 2) → Select Voronoi Fracture layer, create Instance (Voronoi Fracture Instance) → Create Boole (in Subdivision surface) →
drag all 3 layers in Boole, rearrange the layers as below:
Boole layer, Object menu → Boolean Type: A without B, Untick Hide new edge, and High Quality →
Set Boole Scale (S) H,P,B all as 0.95 (in Coord.)
Create MoExtrude (in Cloner), parent the layer under Boole → Extrusion Steps: 1 (in Object) → Position (P) Z axis as 1cm (in Transform)
Create Plain .....12:08, no effect for me applying Plainer) .....
